NetShare Plan

• Customer does network and server monitoring, alerts and calls FDI only if they can’t resolve the network or server issues internally or if the client needs Peak Load resource help.

NetPeak Plan

• Customer discovers a network or server issue or potential conflict that could cause a technical problem sometime soon and calls FDI immediately for FDI to resolve the problem.

NetAdvantage Plan

• FDI does all monitoring, reviews any alerts of network and servers and repairs and maintains network on an ongoing basis for the customer. 90% of work is done remotely, but if needed an on-site engineer is dispatched within the contracted support time frames.

NetDesign Plan

• FDI comes on-site to do a new network design or improve an existing design. The NetDesign   on-site plan can be combined with one of the NetSupport Plans above.
