Formalized Design, Inc. has a 12 person ASIC WCDMA / Modem CONTRACT Design Engineering Team who will be finalizing a SoC tape-out in July 2007. We’d like to keep the team intact so are trying to determine if your company might be interested in a senior team that is already trained and have worked well together for ASIC designs to implement protocols at a physical layer.

Our range of expertise spans from development of high level Systems C / Matlab modeling, micro-architecture, RTL / transistor level design, verification and ASIC physical design as well.

We also have formed a partnership with 488 senior ASIC RTL / circuit level engineers focused on next-generation SoC design, verification and back-end for 90 nm, 45 nm CMOS / RF CMOS designs. Many of these senior engineers are available NOW.
